Thesis Help at HelpWithThesis.com
A thesis is one of the prerequisites for awarding a degree. Many students have dropped out because they were not able to 1. Complete their thesis in time and 2. Those who have started in time couldn’t find what they were looking for in the research. These are the reasons that made them drop outs.
So, preparing a thesis should not be taken as an easy task. It is a very difficult task and utmost importance and top priority should be given to it. It also takes a lot of time. It can be a year long process.
It first requires a thesis statement should be submitted. Then the statement shall be reviewed and if it is approved, the research work should begin immediately. No time should be wasted as soon as one gets the green signal. After completing the research, the thesis document containing all the work and the experimentations and evidence must all be submitted along with the thesis document. This is the general outline of the thesis process.
Help With Thesis (HWT) provides you with help and advice on your thesis and dissertation work. We bring a panel of PhDs from fields as diverse as management, engineering, sciences, medical, law, accounting, finance, strategy amongst others. The experts have been through this long drawn process themselves and have come out successful in the toughest of academic environments.
Understanding what to expect during the thesis writing and dissertation writing process is the first step to writing a successful thesis and dissertation. Thesis and Dissertation reflect your expertise in one specific, well-defined topic where you have done your own original work and analysis. This kind of document cannot be turned out in weeks, leave alone hours! • Thesis Topic Ideation: We help you by brainstorming on possible thesis topics. This is an important step because wrongs here cannot be undone later! We help chose a topic which is worthy to be worked on – this is the essence of any thesis writing work.
• Thesis Proposal: Here, we detail out the topic, why it is worth studying, the specific research questions we are trying to assess, whether our research is qualitative, quantitative or both and the work plan using a Gantt chart. If it is a team of students doing the thesis, the tasks need to be divided based on individual competencies, interest and time constraints.
• Literature Review: Some work would have certainly been done in the past on the topic and the specific methodology being used by you. You need to have a comprehensive literature survey reporting all advances in the field and the gap which you are trying to fill in.
• Experiments: Depending on the nature of the topic, several experiments would be performed. These could be simulations, actual physical experiments or user surveys etc. The data will eventually be used for analysis and proving or disproving the hypothesis we have put forth.
• Analysis: Again, depending on the kind of experiments and the hypothesis and research questions, different kind of analysis might need to be performed. These could range from statistical analysis, plotting of data to infer results etc.
• Results and Conclusion: Based on the analysis done results and conclusions are drawn and presented in the form of charts or tables.
• Putting it all together: Finally, the report should come out as a concise and coherent piece of write-up which reflects the original work that has gone in.
These 7 steps are which we excel in. Unlike other assignments, putting all of this together requires a higher degree of expertise which is not available easily. Our panels of PhDs help us deliver these steps in a plagiarism free, high quality manner.

How to Write a Good Research Proposal
A Research Proposal is a document written by a person who wants to become a researcher in the area that he or she has chosen. To put it simply it’s a document that qualifies the person to be a researcher.
Before the person has a proposal, that person shall be duly qualified. In most countries a person who is a Post-graduate and has an excellent academic track record is a qualified person to apply for a Doctoral Program.
A research proposal is intended to convince others that the person has the worthwhile research project and that the person has competence and the work-plan to complete it. Generally, a research proposal should contain all the key elements involved in the research process and include sufficient information for the readers to evaluate the proposed study.
The instructions that are to be followed while writing a good research proposal are:
• A good title: A good title is a must for any research proposal. With a good title the reader’s attention is grabbed and he involves in the work.
• A good Abstract: A brief summary of the work should be written in the abstract. The abstract should address the problem/ issue and propose the solution and the steps involved in realizing the solution.
• Introduction to the topic: An introduction to the topic should be given. This formal introduction highlights the importance of the issue, the proposal and that of the work. Write the pros and cons of the work. In other words talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the work. One should be a little careful here as the number of disadvantages if increase beyond the advantages, then the proposal stands to be rejected.
• Mention in detail about the resources: This section shall deal with the resources that are used in the study. In this section the depth of the knowledge of the student can come out as the proposal has entered into the technical details of the proposal.
• Implementation of methods: In this section explain in detail the implementation of methods in a much technical manner. Explain benefits of the research.
• Predict the results in advance: The actual results of the research might not be known until the research is actually carried on. But, predicting the results in advance can boast the confidence of the Committee on the research proposal.
• Discuss the impact of the results: Most people are interested in the results of a research. So, in order that the readers are kept interesting till the very end of the document, impact of the results must be given as an idea about the work. Say, for example, if a genetics researcher wants to do a research, then the potential results arising from the research, like a cure for cancer, etc, will definitely interest the reader and will give a better chance of the person being chosen for the research.
The above things can be kept in mind while writing a Research Proposal. These are not hard and fast rules, but are general instructions. They give the basic idea of ‘what to do’ and ‘what not to do’ in Research Paper.

How to write a good Literature Review
Perhaps the most important issue in college and University is writing a Literature review. The main aim of writing a literature review is to critically analyze the contemporary knowledge and or methodological approaches on a particular subject. They are secondary sources and do not report any original work. It can be regarded as a summary of previous research on a topic. The knowledge of prior research is important as it widens the knowledge in the subject. It updates the student with the works of other well-known researchers and their latest researches and the latest trends in the subject.
Often Literature Review is associated with academics where Literature Review preceeds Thesis Proposal. Literature Review is about reviewing a Research Literature. It introduces and provides examples of a range of techniques that can be used to analyze ideas, find relationships between different ideas and understand the nature and use of argument in research. Therefore, we can expect explanation, discussion and examples on how to analyze other people’s ideas, those ideas that constitute the body of knowledge on the topic of research.
The literature as a piece of academic writing must be clear, have a logical structure and show that one has acquired a sufficient range of skills and capabilities at an appropriate level.
The written thesis or dissertation needs to be reviewed as the evidence of one’s capabilities as a researcher. When one is ready to write up the work, one has major task: how to adequately, appropriately and interestingly describe, explain and justify what has been done and found out. The main vehicle is the thesis or dissertation.

Is Online Tutoring Part of Growing Trend?
Online tutoring has become a boon to the students all over the world. With this they can easily complete their works, projects, assignments etc on time and thereby improving their knowledge. The tutoring industry is a quickly growing field, but typically it is fragmented with individual tutors teaching out of their homes. Students have to travel to the tutor's home or sometimes the tutor will travel to the student's home. Weather and traffic can also be problematic for tutoring sessions occurring on time. With the advent of the Internet, online tutoring sites have popped up, but many have not flourished because of a number of reasons, one of which is that the student and teacher have not been able to see each other, like in a typical face to face session.
Several tutoring companies like www.HelpWithAssignment.com have developed new desktop video teleconferencing services that solve this problem. As more students become accustomed to the technology, the competition for online tutoring services is likely to heat up. Some of the most popular online tutoring sites are helpwithassignment.com, tutorvista.com, growingstars.com, smartthinking.com, tutor.com, growingstars.com, e-tutor.com etc. out of which smartthinking is the most popular sites. The company says 80 percent of its online tutors have graduate degrees in their discipline. While tutors come from around the world, 98 percent of the writing instructors are based in the United States. It provides help to the students rather giving away direct answers.

Should you outsource business functions or is it better to keep them in-house
In my opinion business functions should be outsourced rather than keeping them in-house. Outsourcing helps to communicate with the customers in real-time and can sort out their problems if any. It also helps to create a healthy bond.
Outsourcing is an effective cost-saving strategy when used properly. It is sometimes more affordable to purchase a good from companies with comparative advantages than it is to produce the good internally. An example of a manufacturing company outsourcing would be Dell buying some of its computer components from another manufacturer in order to save on production costs. Alternatively, businesses may decide to outsource book-keeping duties to independent accounting firms, as it may be cheaper than retaining an in-house accountant. Successful outsourcing requires a strong understanding of the organization's capabilities and future direction. Outsourcing can be undertaken to varying degrees, ranging from total outsourcing to selective outsourcing. Total outsourcing may involve dismantling entire departments or divisions and transferring the employees, facilities, equipment, and complete responsibility for a product or function to an outside vendor. In contrast, selective outsourcing may target a single, time-consuming task within a department, such as preparing the payroll or manufacturing a minor component that can be handled more efficiently by an outside specialist.
Advantages of outsourcing:
• Cost savings
• Focus
• Flexibility
• Knowledge
